The black plastic lids come with a pressure seal to lock in the botanical goodness until you are ready to use it.
Practical amber glass jars are useful for creams, salves, lotions, lip balm, body butter, herbal honey, and a multitude of personal care products. These food and cosmetic use jars are manufactured in Taiwan and are available individually and in cases of 12 or 24. They come in sizes of 50 mL, 4 oz., or 9 oz.
The dimensions with the lid on are as follows:
50 mL: 2 1/8” in height, 1 13/16” in diameter and can accommodate a label size of 1 1/2" wide x 1 1/4” height. Thread size 45/400
4 oz.: 2 3/4” in height, 2 5/16” in diameter and can accommodate a label size of 2” wide x 1 3/4” height. Thread size 58/400
9 oz.: 3 5/8” in height, 2 13/16” in diameter and can accommodate a label size of 2 1/2" wide x 2 1/4" height. Thread size 70/400
Label size is a suggestion, please make sure to test label size for your application. Black plastic lid is made from HDPE.
